Is there a general guide to Keystone's warranties?

Generally, warranties are as follows: 5 years for commercial grade electronic ballasts, 3 years for residential grade electronic ballasts, 2 years for HIDs, 3 years for sign ballasts, and 2 years for magnetic ballasts. For complete warranty information, please visit our Warranty page under the Company menu.

How do I know when my ballast was manufactured?

All ballasts have a date code on the side. Please see our Warranty page under the Company menu for more information on date codes.

I am not currently a Keystone customer. How can I become one?

Please select the appropriate category pertaining to your business in the How to Buy menu and fill out the corresponding form. You may also call us at 1-800-464-2680 or email info@keystoneballast.com to have our new customer application sent to you.

How can I get a copy of Keystone's most current catalog?

Under the Resources menu, you will find a Catalog page where you can download all or part of our current catalog as a PDF. If you prefer a hard copy, you may call us at 1-800-464-2680 or email info@keystoneballast.com to have one sent to you.

Do Keystone's ballasts qualify for energy rebates?

Yes, many of our ballasts qualify for state, municipal, and utility rebate programs. You can potentially save quite a bit of money by using Keystone ballasts. Please contact us today to find out more about current rebate opportunities in your area.

How can I get help with wiring a ballast?

Ballasts should only be installed by qualified electrical contractors. For detailed wiring diagrams and instructions, please select the proper ballast in our online catalog and download the specification sheet to find the appropriate wiring diagrams.
